    Question: Can you explain your water temperature? I never see you depress the button on your kettle between infusions.

      Hi Paul,

      Good question. The water was boiled just prior to hitting the play button the camera. Depending on who is brewing and how long the episode goes it may or may not be re-boiled. I think I’m slightly more likely to reboil than Denny, but it definitely depends.
