Inbetweenisode Episode #11 from James. Discussion is on wetter-stored pu’erh and some recommendations of the recent additions to Yunnan Sourcing’s tea lineup. Teas talked about include the daily drinker 2007 Bo Nan Mountain Yun Wu and the better 2004 Nanjian Phoenix Aroma2002 Yiwu Ancient Spirit.

  1. James,
I want to thank you for this great in-betweenisode. I like you reviewing several teas at once and giving your opinions. Great format and I hope you do some more of these in the future.
    Thanks,
    Carolyn

    • Hi Carolyn,

Thanks for the feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed it! Will try to do more like this in the future.

      Cheers!

  2. James, I like that you included more than one tea in this episode, and that all of the tea followed a central theme. I also feel like this episode was a plug for Yunnan Sourcing, it would have been cool to have compared wet stored tea from other distributors as well.

    • Hi bellmont,

Thanks for the feedback. I will try to incorporate other teas from other vendors. With my article on reviews recently published, your comment certainly hits home.

For this episode one tea from another vendor that I’d mention is White2Tea’s Yunhai Nannuo. I’ve also had TU’s 2006 Yiwu Shunshi which I found very interesting, but probably wouldn’t recommend more than a sample. I think the Yunhai Nannuo fits neatly into the price & quality spectrum of the teas.

      Cheers!
      -James
