Yup, great idea Peter! Next episode we actually do a very unique oolong brewing style with Origin Tea’s 104K Da Yu Ling from Spring. Unlike Stephane’s “competition”- or even normal gong-fu style this method uses alot of leaf and alot of time.
Denny and I have tossed alot of ideas around to expand the scope of TeaDB (i.e. brewing comparisons, reviewing teaware) and happy to hear any suggestions!
