Inbetweenisode Episode #7 from James. The tea is a 2006 Yunhai Nannuo Raw Pu’erh. This is not a particularly special tea, but an inexpensive one that finds its way to my tea table often.

As always, thanks for all of the info.
The videos just get better and better!
I am not much of a Nannuo fan, so it was interesting to see what you thought of this tea.
Carolyn
Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for the comment! I struggled (as witnessed by the previous tea of the month) with Nannuo tea as well. I anticipate alot of this is tea choice, and Banna/Menghai County is moreorless the golden blueprint for pu’erh, so I will keep on trying :).
I also don’t really know if I’d consider this tea a great example of the region, but I do find it to be a pleasurable and slightly different daily drinker.
Cheers!

I just sampled this tea. I agree with what you say, but I was getting tropical fruit, not stone fruit.
Hi Zachery,
Thanks for the comment! I could definitely understand that. Perhaps tropical stone fruits :).
BTW good luck on the blog. Some good stuff, keep at it!
Cheers!
