  1. Hi James, I have a 2016 Dong San Raw Pu Erh. How would you recommend to brew a young raw pu erh, in a glass/ceramic ware or in a clay tea pot? I appreciate your reply. Thanks a lot in advance

    • I’m not familiar with that tea, but I’ll usually brew young raw pu’erh with ceramic as opposed to clay.
