Interesting that you’re drinking so much ripe lately. Has that always been the case?
Not at all. Up until the past year, I very seldomly drank ripe. Part of it is because I am drinking ripe with my wife in the morning. The other half of it is that it’s easy, casual, smooth, and cheap so I feel very little guilt if I don’t brew the hell outta the tea.
