For episode 300, Denny and I bring on one of my favorite teas that I own, the 2006 Yangqing Hao Chawangshu. This is an especially thick and potent Yiwu tea. Thank you all for following us for 300 episodes!

James/ Denny:
Congratulations on 300 episodes! This episode was very entertaining and I loved the choice of tea. My wife is not “yet” a raw Pu’er aficionado…but I keep working on her. My latest attempt was with the 1999 Micang. It would not have been my first choice but it was what I was drinking at the time and she asked to try it. She said that it was “alright “. Progress!!
Regards,
Thank you Karl! Death by faint praise eh? That’s an interesting one though. Quite a foreign flavor for most people unaccustomed to pu’erh.
My wife is mainly averse to the more bitter flavors. The funky stuff even seems to work surprisingly OK these days.
Congratulations guys! Keep up the great work.
Teadb the best tea videos out there!
Thanks Emmett!
Well done fellas. Who’d a thunk a regular vid on tea tasting would last 300 eps? I think you play quite a role in the tea drinking communities both in terms of being lightly educational, informative, non-commercial and above all non-patronising. Hats off to you both.
Thank you Rob. Really appreciate the kind words. Hope to keep at it. Cheers!
Congrats on 300 episodes. You guys do a really great thing for the Western tea community. Hope it continues for a good while longer!
Thank you Nick!
