Great episode Denny! It would be awesome to see you do a series of inbetweenisodes on white or green teas. I love Pu’ erh but I feel that white, yellow, and green teas are a great departure from them. Additionally I really appreciate the light subtle flavors of white tea that to me fit a lot more occasions then a young sheng or even nice shu. Also, white teas are awesome to introduce people to tea because they provide familiar flavors with, at times, great complexity and some great notes like the tea you described. It would be great to see a comparison between different Bai Hao Yin Zhen from different vendors. Keep up the awesome work.
Hi Danny ! Thanks for featuring our tea on your blog, my first though was ” yay, we are on TV!”
This White tea is actually the PuEr Moon Light Beauty White Tea from YunNan. It is a white PuEr. Since not many people out there know what is PuEr white tea, so we just named it “White Tea” , it grows on high latitude YunNan Mountain, so we called it “high mountain” 😀
Thanks very much for having us ! I am really touching and appreciate your video.
Big Hug and Thank you again !
